Shipping and Delivery Policies

Your confirmation order will be processed on the next working day following the receipt of your paid order. The delivery, which occurs after payment processing, may take anywhere from 3 to 28 working days. On each item’s product page, you will find an estimated delivery time, for instance, ‘within 2-3 weeks’.

The estimated delivery days are applicable during working days (Monday to Saturday) excluding public holidays, between 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Our in-house delivery team will deliver the item to your doorstep, including handling the installation.

When estimating the delivery duration, it is advisable to consider the item with the longest estimated time. In certain cases, we might ship your items separately due to the nature of the products. However, no additional delivery fees will be charged in such instances.

While every endeavor is made to adhere to the estimated delivery times provided, circumstances beyond our control or changes in supply may lead to alterations in these estimates.

Should your product fail to arrive within the estimated delivery time, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, your products will be delivered to the address specified in your Order Confirmation.

In the rare event of an incorrect item being delivered, kindly get in touch with our customer service team within 24 hours, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement.

Please Note: Delivery times in some remote or regional areas may be longer due to logistical constraints.

Shipping Charges

The calculation of shipping charges is based on the product price and the geographical region of the delivery address. Shipping charges from our Kinsen Home Warehouse are estimated according to the delivery zone and a specific spending threshold. Further details regarding shipping charges are available in the table below.

For estimated shipping charges on individual products, please enter your state on the respective product page. Any relevant shipping charges for your order will be displayed once you input your state during the checkout process.

Please ensure that your building’s lifts, stairwells, or doors can accommodate the furniture dimensions before making a purchase.

Delivery fees do not apply to non-lift accessible floors. Please be aware that additional charges will apply for carrying goods up stairs. A fee of RM50 per floor will be charged, starting from the 3rd floor and above (this applies to stairs within landed properties). For residences with a lift, we recommend verifying the size of your residence/loading lift before delivery to ensure that bulky or larger items can fit.

If the lifting process is considered hazardous (such as items prone to damage in narrow stairways or items obstructing passageways) and is determined to be unfeasible based on our assessment, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery.

Delivery Arrangement

Our logistics department will contact you 1-2 days in advance to confirm the date and time of delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery on the agreed-upon date and time, and make arrangements with your residence management if necessary.

The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the area of your choice. If applicable, we will also assemble the item and remove all packaging materials from your premises.

Disposal Service

We offer disposal services. Please inform us in advance by adding a remark at the checkout page. A disposal fee will apply (RM50 and above), based on the size and quantity of the furniture you wish to dispose of.

Holding of Order

We can hold your confirmed order for a maximum of 6 months from the earliest date that your order can be delivered from our warehouse.
