Return & Refund Policy

All goods sold are final sale, except if there’s manufacturing defects. Customers are responsible for checking the goods upon receiving. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges should the goods that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by customer.

If you believe your product has a flaw, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. You have the right to reject the goods upon delivery at no cost or schedule for an exchange, except for clearance items. Our Customer Service will be in touch with you within 48 hours.

Note: All the measurements are made by hand, there may be 1-2cm deviations.

Product may vary slightly from images due to the use of natural wood colour and grain pattern, marble colour and stone pattern, different fabric batch, leather grains and etc. Real products may vary due to photoshoot screen settings and lighting conditions.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order with no additional charge and receive a full refund. You’re only allowed to cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase. Please contact our office immediately at 03-7843 0200 (Monday to Friday, from 9am-5.30pm) and provide your order number if you wish to cancel the order. Cancellations are not allowed after 24 hours.

Payment Methods and Processing

We currently only accept Visa and Mastercard. Order processing will not begin until we have received all the information required.

Orders placed on a weekend or Public holiday will not be processed until the next business day. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Public holidays.

We process credit card payments after you click the “Place Order” button. Payment is payable in Ringgit Malaysia as indicated on the Order Confirmation. If your payment is not received within 5 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation, Kinsen Home reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

For credit card payment, we will email a tax invoice to you with your Order Confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.
